Base Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 annually

Includes CME allowance

Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

This position is situated in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) for Primary Care and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P).

• Become part of a team of four board-certified neurologists with sub-specialty training.
• Enjoy a 7-on/7-off work schedule.
• Call structure: To be determined.
• Practice primarily in an inpatient setting with some outpatient responsibilities.
• This is an employed position within a nonprofit health system.
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Fellowship training is required, with a preference for Neuromuscular training.
• Must be eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration.
• Work collaboratively with the neurology attending group to ensure continuous, high-quality care delivery, fostering a stable and supportive environment for both the hospital and colleagues.
• Conduct comprehensive inpatient neurology consultations to provide critical diagnostic clarity and treatment plans for patients with complex neurological conditions.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• MD/DO credential from the Maryland Board of Physicians required prior to the hire date or job transfer.
• Advanced Life Support certification preferred; accepted from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) is required.
