Use a variety of mediums: hands on training, classroom, on the job, e-learning, and virtual.* Support talent pipeline and leadership development programs with a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.* Coordinate and track annual training plans for plant associates to include safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.* Train and develop training team leads and line trainers.* Provide onboarding support to new VSTL and VSS* Develop and report on measurements related to onboarding, retention and development.* Collaborate with VS leaders in the creation and reporting of metrics that show business impact ## **QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS*** Knowledge and experience with lean, safety and quality manufacturing concepts, processes and workforce training methods.* Associates degree (or equivalent education and/or experience) in manufacturing, training, lean, continuous improvement, industrial safety, HR, or instructional design.* Minimum 3 years manufacturing, logistics or industrial experience, including 2 with training or coaching responsibilities.* Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.* Understanding of adult learning, on the job training, and instructional design techniques.* A customer-centric approach to work.* Strong interpersonal skills - specifically verbal communications.* Strong organizational and project management skills**PAY RANGE:**$62,960.00 - $94,440.00**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
