Implement effective physical therapy interventions designed to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

Work in partnership with nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Educate patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and home exercises to facilitate ongoing recovery

Document assessments, treatments, and progress fully in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements

Engage in team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to provide cohesive and comprehensive care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Preferably CPR certified

Any specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous although not mandatory

Relevant previous experience is preferred
