Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans employing evidence-based approaches.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate patient progress.

• Document and maintain sensitive client data in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all records.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care to our patients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance collaborative care strategies and improve outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, possible treatment paths, and available community resources for support.

• Remain current with the latest advancements in mental health therapies and research to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
