Our client is a prominent firm within the aerospace and defense industry. This is a full-time, contractrole offering the unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge logistics and supply chain systems in a mission-critical environment. Description Assist with the preparation of logistics documentation for spares, tools, and materials. Support the routing, documenting, and coordinating of shipping logistics. Track logistics materials and parts for proper allocation in storage facilities. Learn and apply applicable state, federal, and global regulations, including import/export requirements. Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient and accurate supply chain operations. Operate a forklift and handle heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) as required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent; a higher degree may substitute for experience. 1+ years of hands‑on experience in a relevant logistics, inventory, or supply chain field. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with inventory databases and shipping databases (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS). Familiarity with inventory and supply chain/logistics principles and techniques. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
