Job DescriptionAccount ManagerAccount Manager - Client ServicesIn this role, you will generate leads through various sources and channels available. Anchor meetings and pursue any opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, partner units and external partners. Research and provide analysis on all key accounts to attain an understanding of needs, develop organization charts/structure for all key accounts. Identify the right team internally and for meetings, identify the right external partners (based on fitment, market presence, internal capabilities etc). Provide intelligence on competition, figure out target price, help get internal approvals and provide inputs to model/solution and provide content as is necessary. Negotiate teaming agreements and prices with external partners. Negotiate MSA terms and conditions. Effectively handover the project to delivery for execution. Develop account plan, relationship map, signs off on SOWs.Responsibilities:Business Planning organization and at unit levelSales Planning and Review. Market DevelopmentCustomer Prospective and opportunity identification.Proposal Development, Negotiation and closures.Account Planning and reviews. Account operations and relationship management.Qualifications:BasicBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.10+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience.If a Master's degree has been completed, then a minimum of 5 years’ experience related to the job description is requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience handling sales or related rolesStrong Knowledge of Supply chain & Service desk domain.Communication Skills and ability to coordinate with various internal and external divisions for workAnalytical skillsLeadership skills Note: Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise).The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
