Premier Trade Services is seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to join our Charlotte team.

In this role, you'll help connect skilled trades professionals with opportunities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding markets. You'll play a key role in supporting commercial construction, industrial, manufacturing, and mechanical projects while helping candidates advance their careers.

What You'll Do

• Recruit qualified candidates for skilled trades and construction positions
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings in both English and Spanish
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified trades professionals
• Match candidates with open opportunities based on skills, experience, and career goals
• Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities
• Maintain candidate records within recruiting and staffing systems
• Partner with branch leadership to meet recruiting goals and customer demands
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing candidate relationships
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

• Construction or skilled trades knowledge
• Sales or customer service experience
• ATS/CRM experience
