Interventional Pain & Spine Therapy is actively seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Palm Coast, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations related to orthopedic injuries or surgeries.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of evidence-based practices, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Educate patients on their conditions and the therapeutic process, promoting understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance on preventative care and wellness initiatives, aiming to improve patients' overall health and fitness levels.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Our diverse patient population ranges from young athletes to seniors, each requiring tailored therapeutic approaches to meet their specific recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license in Florida, ensuring adherence to state regulations and professional standards.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, specifically within an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating competency in managing various musculoskeletal conditions.
• In-depth knowledge of orthopedic principles, assessment techniques, and treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective patient relationships and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse patient population, including both adult and pediatric patients.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for patient documentation and progress tracking.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as Dry Needling or Kinesiology Taping, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 120,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
