Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to apply hands-on therapy techniques tailored to each patient's needs.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and healthy lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Document treatment sessions meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all patient interactions are recorded accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an outpatient physical therapist in our Palm Coast office, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, and individuals managing chronic pain conditions. Your ability to build rapport, motivate, and inspire patients will be invaluable in guiding them through their rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in outpatient physical therapy or related clinical settings.
• An understanding of various treatment techniques and the ability to assess and adjust therapeutic approaches effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient interaction.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
