Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Holistic Health, you will be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to understand and document patients' medical history, physical condition, and personal health goals.
• Manage a diverse patient caseload efficiently, seeing one patient per hour while providing focused, individualized treatments.
• Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans based on the latest evidence and patient feedback.
• Utilize various techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve range of motion, strength, and function.
• Reduce reliance on medications by offering alternatives through holistic treatment modalities that promote natural healing.
• Motivate and educate patients on their conditions and the importance of physical therapy in their recovery process.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure progress toward patient goals.
• Document patient care activities meticulously using electronic medical record (EMR) software like WebPT for effective communication and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, although a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against professional license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques that are pivotal in rehabilitating orthopedic conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
