Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, including strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.
• Develop tailored treatment plans addressing individual patient needs, focusing on restorative techniques and rehabilitation exercises.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and modalities such as electrical stimulation or ultrasound.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Engage with patients and caregivers to provide education on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and long-term management of conditions.
• Foster an environment of encouragement and understanding, facilitating open communication regarding patient goals and concerns.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and physicians, to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

At Flexi Rise, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 annually, which reflects your experience and expertise in the field.
