Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with clients, actively listening to their needs and concerns to provide effective, one-on-one patient care designed to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote physical healing and functional improvement.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care, including clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and corresponding billing information.
• Engage effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination in patient management.
• Uphold compliance with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and applicable billing codes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a varied patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating from sports-related injuries. You will also have the opportunity to apply your skills with pediatric patients, ensuring that you can cater to a broad spectrum of rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapy License, demonstrating compliance with state requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred to enhance the depth of care provided.

• Proven clinical experience, ideally with at least one year of practice in an acute care environment.
