Its core competences are the development, production, distribution and servicing of diesel, gas and electric drivetrains for professional applications that is used in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, material handling equipment, stationary equipment, commercial vehicles, rail vehicles and other applications.Job SummaryDEUTZ Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to optimize the systems, data, and processes that support supply chain operations across an engine manufacturing and distribution environment. This role will serve as the functional bridge between Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, and SAP support teams.The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will lead continuous improvement of SAP-enabled planning, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and order-fulfillment processes. The successful candidate combines practical manufacturing supply chain experience with strong analytical skills, SAP expertise, and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable system solutionsEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary business-system liaison for Supply Chain, including Planning, Procurement, Inventory Control, Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Order Fulfillment.Analyze current SAP workflows and supply chain business processes; identify root causes of data, process, system, and reporting issues.Configure, test, document, and support SAP process improvements in collaboration with internal IT teams, external SAP partners, and business process owners.Support core SAP processes across relevant areas such as materials management, production planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, sales and distribution, and master data.Maintain and improve supply chain master data, including material master records, bills of material, sourcing data, planning parameters, lead times, safety stock settings, lot sizes, and supplier information.Develop requirements, functional specifications, test scenarios, user-acceptance testing plans, and training materials for SAP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and reporting changes.Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses that support service, inventory, supplier, production, and working-capital performance management.Partner with demand planning, purchasing, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to improve material availability, inventory accuracy, production scheduling, and order fulfillment.Monitor data quality and system transaction discipline; establish controls and corrective actions to improve the reliability of planning and inventory information.Investigate and resolve system-related supply chain exceptions, including planning discrepancies, inventory variances, blocked materials, purchase order issues, and transaction failures.Support process standardization across DEUTZ Corporation Americas facilities, functions, and distribution channels.Lead or contribute to cross-functional continuous-improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual work, improving visibility, shortening lead times, and strengthening supply chain resilience.Train end users on SAP transactions, reporting tools, master-data standards, and revised business processes.Maintain process maps, standard operating procedures, system documentation, and change-management records.Support audits, inventory-control activities, and compliance requirements through accurate documentation and traceable SAP processesOther QualificationsHands-on experience using SAP ERP in a manufacturing, industrial equipment, automotive, heavy equipment, or parts-distribution environment.Lean, Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, SAP, or project-management certification.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and analysis of large datasets.Experience developing business requirements, supporting system testing, documenting processes, and training end users.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect system data to operational performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Supervisory ResponsibilityIndividual ContributorTravel Requirements0% - 10%Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or 5+ years experience in supply chain management.Three or more years of experience in supply chain systems, supply chain analytics, ERP support, materials management, production planning, purchasing, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.Working knowledge of supply chain processes, including procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, inventory management, warehouse transactions, and order-to-cash.Preferred RequirementsSAP functional experience in one or more of the following areas: MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, MRP, or related supply chain modules.Experience with SAP reporting, SAP Business Warehouse, Business Intelligence tools, Artificial Intelligence tools, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.Familiarity with engine manufacturing, industrial equipment, aftermarket parts, service operations, or complex configured products.Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, master-data migrations, integrations, or process harmonization initiatives.Knowledge of inventory optimization, MRP parameter setting, demand planning, supplier lead-time management, and production scheduling.Physical RequirementsOffice environment with HVAC.
