The Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement - North America is a key procurement leader responsible for shaping and executing AGCO's indirect procurement strategy across North America. This role partners with senior business leaders to drive enterprise value, optimize supplier relationships, strengthen governance, and accelerate business performance through world-class procurement practices.

As a leader within AGCO's global procurement organization, this position oversees a team of procurement professionals and serves as the primary advisor to stakeholders on sourcing, supplier management, risk mitigation, and value creation initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and operational excellence to deliver measurable business results while supporting AGCO's growth and transformation objectives.

Your Workplace

This role follows AGCO’s on‑site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location a minimum of 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.

In this role, you will work on-site in our Duluth, GA HQ location.

Your Impact

• Lead North America's indirect procurement strategy, delivering cost savings, value creation, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation across multiple spend categories.
• Partner with senior business leaders to align procurement priorities with company objectives and enable informed business decisions.
• Build and develop a high-performing procurement organization that drives accountability, capability development, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion procurement transformation through process optimization, digital enablement, governance excellence, and adoption of best practices.
• Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maximize supplier value, accelerate business outcomes, and strengthen procurement's strategic impact across AGCO.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management, including management of high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of delivering significant business value through cost optimization, supplier management, transformation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving results within complex global and matrixed organizations.
• Strong commercial, financial, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution.
