• One week per month -- Monday 7am to Monday 7am (24-hour call)
• Avg 3 patients, 3 admissions, 3 ICU patients, and 3 surgeries per day
• Hospital-based call coverage -- no practice call
• Caseload is 90% surgical, 10% non-surgical
• General ENT -- endoscopy, laryngoscopy, tracheotomy, thyroidectomy
• Facial surgery and facial implants required
• 10% trauma caseload
• 90% adult patient population
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
