Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and consistently update behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and crisis plans as needed.

• Maintain compliance with documentation requirements and regulatory standards, ensuring timely submission of required reports.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies.

• Act as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating communication and support networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMHC will involve working primarily with individuals experiencing emotional distress, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is essential to fulfill the requirements for this position.

• Must hold an Independent LMHC License issued by the state board, ensuring the professional authority to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
