The Role:
As Global Tax Lead , you will own U.S. tax compliance and planning while overseeing global tax considerations across the organization. This role is responsible for partnership tax structures, allocations, and compliance, while supporting M&A activity, audit management, and cash tax forecasting. You will operate as a strategic tax leader with strong execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all U.S. tax compliance, planning, and partner allocations
Oversee partnership tax structure, K-1s, and tax provisions
Support M&A structuring and tax strategy
Manage audits/notices and cash tax forecasting
Ensure tax compliance from a multi-national levelProfile: 6-8 yrs, strong tax experience, global tax experience preferred
