Findlay Motor Company Findlay Motor Company is seeking a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our service team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry with one of the region's most respected dealership groups. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Rotate and balance tires
- Inspect fluid levels, belts, hoses, and brakes
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures
- Communicate any additional service needs to advisors or technicians
- Previous lube or entry-level automotive experience preferred (not required)
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
