On-Site Recruiter

PeopleShare is seeking an experienced On‑Site Recruiter to support one of our key client partnerships in the Baltimore market. This hybrid role is responsible for managing high‑volume recruitment activities, employee engagement, and workforce coordination within a light industrial environment. The On‑Site Recruiter will split their time between the PeopleShare branch office and the client location, building strong relationships with both employees and client leadership to ensure staffing goals are met and service expectations are exceeded. Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 Key Responsibilities Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process for light industrial positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placement of qualified candidates. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and client leadership, addressing workforce needs, attendance issues, staffing requests, and employee relations matters. Spend approximately 50% of your time at the client site and 50% in the branch office to ensure strong communication, workforce engagement, and operational support. Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Partner with branch leadership and client stakeholders to improve retention, workforce planning, employee satisfaction, and overall staffing performance. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing, light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments. Proven ability to manage high‑volume recruiting activities and build strong relationships with clients and employees. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting technologies. Self‑motivated, customer‑focused professional with the flexibility to work both on‑site and in an office environment.
