Parts Sales Representative

Tom's Truck Center is a full-service commercial truck dealership serving Southern California for decades. We specialize in new and used trucks, parts, and service, supporting businesses that keep goods moving every day.

We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to support our wholesale parts operations. This role is primarily phone-based and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while helping customers quickly and accurately identify and purchase the parts they need.

We offer both hourly and commission-based compensation options, depending on experience.

Answer incoming calls from parts customers and assist with parts selection

Provide pricing, availability, and product information

Upsell related parts and identify additional customer needs

Process orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup

Follow up on quotes, backorders, and special orders

Coordinate with warehouse and outside sales team to fulfill customer needs

Maintain accurate invoicing and ensure proper account authorization

Proactively reach out to assigned accounts to generate sales

Stay current on products and participate in training programs

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Team-oriented with a professional attitude

Previous parts, automotive, or truck industry experience is a plus
