About the Role At Warner Music Group, the Global Brand & Audience team develops and implements artist strategy and planning, driving culture and commercial streaming. The Global Brand & Audience Services group handles brand, paid media, influencer/creator marketing, and community engagement for marquee artists and their storytelling. You will support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives involving creators for global catalogue artists, working closely with campaign leads, agency partners, and the broader Brand & Audience Services team. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of creator marketing campaigns across priority artists and projects. Coordinate creator activations from initial briefing to final delivery and reporting. Work with agency partners to manage schedules, project outputs, and optimize campaign performance. Ensure creator content aligns with artist objectives and campaign priorities. Build & maintain relationships with creators, creator agencies and platform partners. Support agency evaluations and campaign reporting. Leverage platform, audience and creator insights to guide recommendations. Oversee briefs, timelines, deliverables and approvals throughout the full production lifecycle. Manage agency agreements and deliverables, including terms, creative notes, timelines and reporting. Use tools, data and insights to anticipate creative trends and topics that connect artists and culture. Stay abreast of compliance, governance and innovation in the evolving creator economy. Qualifications Strong interest in pop culture, trends and fan behavior. Enjoy problem‑solving, are curious and take pride in delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with creator agencies, talent managers or external partners. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working with data, reporting and campaign performance insights to inform future recommendations. Experience executing creator or influencer marketing campaigns, including creator sourcing, briefing, relationship management and performance tracking. 3+ years of progressive experience in social media management, creator relations or digital content production, preferably within the music or entertainment industry. Work Environment Minimum of 4 days per week in the office, with weekly in‑office collaboration to support talent development and strong working relationships. #LI-Onsite Compensation NY: $66,300 to $72,500 annually; CA: $70,304 to $72,500 annually.
