The team behind The Corner Store, The Eighty-Six and Or'Esh is opening a NEW CONCEPT soon in West Village and is actively seeking a Restaurant Manager! Position Overview We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who is a confident, service-driven leader with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role is central to daily restaurant operations and the guest experience, requiring a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, leads with warmth, and coaches in real time. Responsibilities Uphold brand standards and service excellence while supporting sales growth and cost control Lead daily operations including shift execution, floor plans, scheduling, and decision-making Deliver outstanding guest experiences; resolve concerns and convert issues into return visits Coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members through feedback and performance management Maintain cleanliness, uniform standards, and a polished restaurant appearance Assist the General Manager with administrative, financial, and payroll-related responsibilities Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications + years of senior management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment Extensive fine dining and front-of-house experience (Forbes training a plus) Strong understanding of financial performance and cost control Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic Graduate of an accredited hospitality program is a plus 1+ year of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment 2+ years of experience as a captain, server, or bartender in fine dining (Forbes training a plus) Hospitality degree preferred Benefits Extensive and well-rounded training program Continued career development and growth opportunities Generous employee discounts on dining, retail, amusements, and hotels Multiple health benefit plans to suit your needs Dental, vision, voluntary life, short term disability, flexible spending accounts and 401(k) Paid time off Monthly discretionary bonus potential EEO information and disclaimers are provided as part of company policy.
