Senior Specialist, Contracts and Pricing

Abbott seeks a Senior Specialist to manage contracts and pricing for its Point of Care Diagnostics division. The role involves developing customer agreements aligned with pricing strategies, negotiating terms with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal and business guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end contract creation using templates and custom language
- Negotiate contractual terms with internal and external customers
- Coordinate legal review and business approvals of contract terms
- Develop pricing proposals and analysis while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
- Advise sales teams on agreement terms and contractual obligations
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of contracting and pricing strategies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
