An AmLaw firm in Columbus is seeking a labor & employment attorney to join a highly regarded practice group. This is a confidential search.
The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Handle employment litigation from inception through resolution
- Advise employer clients on workplace investigations, policy development, and regulatory compliance
- Manage matters under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, NLRA, and related state law
- Interface directly with clients and contribute to business development over time
What They're Looking For
- 5–10+ years of labor & employment experience
- Strong employment litigation background is required
- Ohio bar admission (or willingness to waive in)
