Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions that improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapy practices that support continuous progress at home
• Monitor Progress: Evaluate clinical outcomes regularly and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
