Manufacturing Workforce Pipeline Specialist

Massachusetts Manufacturing Inc

MassMEP is seeking a Workforce Pipeline Specialist to coordinate participant intake, assess skills, and develop career plans within a manufacturing-focused program.

You will work with employers to create a pipeline of opportunities, align training with workforce needs, and track progress using CRM systems. The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment in Massachusetts.
