Kimura Home Health LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong leadership skills and home health experience who is passionate about supporting clinical excellence and ensuring high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll oversee and guide clinical staff, support care coordination, review documentation, and help maintain compliance with Medicare home health regulations while working closely with our Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team.Clinical Leadership & Staff SupportSupervise and support RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health aidesProvide clinical guidance and ensure quality care deliveryConduct supervisory visits and competency evaluationsAssist with staff orientation, training, and ongoing supportPatient Care OversightReview patient assessments and plans of careEnsure services are provided according to physician ordersAssist with complex or high-risk patient casesProvide direct patient care when neededDocumentation & ComplianceReview OASIS documentation for accuracy and timelinessEnsure charting supports medical necessity and skilled needMonitor compliance with Medicare and agency standardsCollaborate with QA staff on audits and improvementsQuality Improvement & OperationsParticipate in QAPI and performance improvement initiativesHelp identify trends and implement corrective actionsSupport staffing coordination and continuity of careParticipate in on-call rotation as neededQualificationsCurrent Hawaii RN licenseGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent CPR certificationMinimum 1 year of home health experience requiredSupervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsAbility to effectively supervise and mentor clinical staffMinimum 1 year of ambulatory experience preferredAdditional RequirementsValid driver’s licenseReliable insured vehicleAbility to travel to patient homes and perform supervisory visitsWhy Join Kimura Home Health?Meaningful leadership role with direct patient impactSupportive clinical team environmentOpportunity to help shape quality patient careFlexible and dynamic work settingCompetitive compensationLocation: Oahu, Hawaii Apply today and help lead exceptional home health care in our community.
