As a Client Relations Associate, you will keep client information organized, schedule appointments, and help provide responsive guidance around benefit options. The work is full-time and on-site in Coral Gables, with a local team that values professionalism, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.
Training is provided, and previous insurance experience is not required. Candidates from retail, hospitality, front desk, customer support, and other client-facing work can bring useful transferable skills.
