This role serves as a critical partner to our Relationship Management team, helping ensure clients receive exceptional service and operational support throughout their banking experience. You'll play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting day-to-day banking activities, and contributing to the operational excellence that enables our teams to deliver the highest level of service.

What You'll Do

• Partner with bankers, investors, product specialists, and operations teams to support client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Research, follow up on, and resolve client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate account maintenance, operational requests, and client-related activities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to regulatory, compliance, and business process control activities that support a strong risk and control environment.
• Assist with project coordination, process tracking, and team initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and service delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues across Miami and Brazil to support business objectives and client needs.
• Provide additional support and coverage for team leadership when needed to help ensure continuity of operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7 license.
• Portuguese fluency.
• 5+ years of banking, wealth management, client service, or financial services experience.
• Strong client service mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
