The ideal candidate will excel at creating clear, user-focused content, structuring and maintaining knowledge bases, and ensuring documentation aligns with evolving project requirements. This role requires deep hands-on experience designing and administering Confluence spaces, managing page hierarchies, templates, and macros, as well as using Jira to track tasks, document development progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Technical Writer will partner closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to produce accurate guides, process documentation, and reusable content that enhances organizational clarity and operational efficiency.
