About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Sales to play a pivotal role in leading and scaling the sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning sales performance and revenue execution, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, and building a high-performing, scalable sales team. This role demands a strategic and execution-focused leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the cybersecurity or AI technology industry. The VP of Sales will be tasked with driving operational excellence, strengthening go-to-market alignment, and representing the voice of the customer in strategic discussions. A deep understanding of AI security concepts and experience in scaling large, geographically dispersed sales teams are essential. Candidates for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 7 years of experience. The role requires advanced expertise in sales strategy, leadership, and operational execution, as well as a strong background in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven performance management.
