For more than 40 years, Animal Clinic of Casselberry has been a trusted part of the community, caring for generations of pets and building lasting relationships with the people who love them.

Now we're looking for an experienced veterinarian to join our established team as Medical Director.

This is leadership for a doctor who still wants to be a doctor. You'll continue seeing patients, working through interesting cases, and performing surgery while having a meaningful voice in the medicine, mentoring fellow veterinarians, and helping guide the continued success of the hospital.

You'll have the clinical autonomy to practice medicine with your own judgment, the opportunity to collaborate with a team that's already doing great work, and experienced operational partners behind you when you need them.

• Be the doctor other doctors can turn to collaborate on challenging cases, share your experience, and help fellow veterinarians continue building their skills
• Keep doing the medicine you love see appointments, manage cases, and perform surgery while staying connected to your patients and clients
• Help set the standard for great medicine bring your clinical perspective to medical protocols, quality of care, and the continued evolution of the hospital
• Turn everyday moments into mentorship sometimes development happens during a case discussion, in surgery, or through a quick conversation between appointments
• Have a voice beyond the exam room partner with hospital and operational leadership on goals, opportunities, and the future of the practice

Requirements/Qualifications

You don't need years of management experience or a long list of leadership titles.

We're looking for an experienced small-animal veterinarian who knows good medicine, is comfortable in surgery, works well with others, and wants the opportunity to have a greater impact.

Maybe you're already mentoring without calling it mentorship. Maybe you're the person your teammates seek out when they want another opinion. Or maybe you've already held a leadership role and are looking for one where you can stay closer to medicine.

Either way, we'd like to meet the veterinarian behind the rsum.

You'll need:

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program
• Active Florida veterinary license or ability to obtain
• DEA licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous small-animal clinical experience
• Confidence in general medicine and surgery
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative, team-first approach

Pay Range

USD $130,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
