Associate Attorney

A San Bernardino-based civil litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with civil litigation experience to join its practice. The firm represents public entities, including cities, school districts, and government agencies, and handles complex, sensitive matters involving employment law and civil rights. This role focuses on employment litigation and offers hands-on responsibility across all stages of case work, along with direct client interaction.

2+ years of civil litigation defense
Active California Bar admission
Strong legal writing, research, and litigation skills
