Founded in 2003, Optical Zonu Corporation (OZC) designs and manufactures high-performance digital and analog RF-over-Fiber (RFoF) transport systems supporting wireless carriers, neutral hosts, public safety networks, broadcast, satellite and government applications. OZC is a privately held U.S. manufacturer headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Wireless Sales Engineer to support customers, sales department AND drive revenue growth within the U.S. wireless carrier markets and related RF over Fiber (RFoF) applications. This role requires a technically capable sales professional who can support the full sales cycle — from new business development through system design, quoting, and customer implementation support. The individual hired will serve and support Major wireless carriers, Public Safety, system Integrators and other specialized RFoF installations , while also developing opportunities with engineering firms, neutral host providers and other GPS and RF over Fiber opportunities. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business Support customers technically during the quote process, installation/implementation and operation of OZC’s products. Identify DAS, small cell, macro, and GPS over fiber and other RFoF opportunities Design of RFoF transport solutions tailored to customer requirements Prepare system layouts, BOMs, and budgetary quotations Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations Model financial business cases and close sales Support product installations and provide technical sales guidance Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback Communicate customer requirements to Engineering and R&D Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Required Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years’ experience in wireless carrier infrastructure, DAS, RFoF, or related markets Working knowledge of major wireless networks operation implementation standards and processes preferred Experience of top-level design of RF transport, DAS, fiber-based wireless systems, and/or RFoF Fiber optic transport experience preferred Ability to independently generate new business Strong negotiation and presentation skills Willingness to travel

COMPENSATION

Expected first-year total compensation: $130,000 – $160,000+ #J-18808-Ljbffr Optical Zonu Corp.
