JOB TITLE: Teacher Aide
FSLA: Non-exempt QUALIFICATIONS:- High School Diploma
- Must pass Paraprofessional Assessment or complete 60 college credit hours or an Associate's Degree
- Experience working with children preferred
- Highly motivated; able to multitask
- Demonstrates effective communication skills
- Able to lift 40 lbs. to shoulder height occasionally
- Able to operate personal computer, laptop computer, peripheral computer equipment, photocopier, fax machine, and other office equipment with a high degree of accuracy
- Understands child growth and behavior
- Demonstrates leadership ability with children
- Exhibits creativity and innovation
- Assist in instructional activities as assigned25,468.23
- Complies with School Board policies and regulations
- Maintains confidentiality
- Attends meetings and trainings as directed
- Presents and communicates in a professional manner
- Performs other duties as assigned by Principal/Supervisor
SALARY RANGE: $16,978.81-$25,468.23 PLEASE NOTE :
