This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and ease while working from the comfort of your own home. As a full-time employee, you will be expected to manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 clients, utilizing cutting-edge telehealth tools to provide effective therapy sessions. Our administrative team handles essential tasks such as marketing, billing, and compliance, so you can focus solely on patient care.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to ensure compliance and seamless care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children, teenagers, and young adults, with an emphasis on supporting diverse populations, including underrepresented communities. By addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts within a school context, you will play a crucial role in facilitating positive mental health outcomes for students.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active LCSW license in the state of Texas, with at least three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Proven proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Experience in providing care for the LGBTQIA+ community is preferred but not required.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work with men's mental health issues is an added advantage.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance is required.
\n
• A track record of providing psychotherapy to clients aged 18 and older and working effectively with diverse populations is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
