Bookkeeper Part Time

What You’ll Do: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries Accurately record all financial transactions in a timely manner Assist in preparing financial statements and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines Review revenue and expenditure accounts as needed Generate and analyze financial reports for accuracy and completeness Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances Monitor daily cash reports and financial data to detect discrepancies Assist in preparing and processing payroll using QuickBooks Online Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Support accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management Provide financial insights and guidance to department heads Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Perform additional accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: 2 years in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred) Experience managing multi-company accounting (preferred) Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills Proficiency in QuickBooks (1 year required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Thrives in a fast-paced environment Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines Fast-paced and team-oriented workplace Why You’ll Love It Here: Employee discounts to enjoy our culinary offerings Medical, dental, and vision insurance (optional and based on hours worked) Opportunities to grow your career within the Kumori Group Gain valuable experience in multi-company accounting Be part of a passionate, close-knit team in an upscale environment where attention to detail and service excellence are celebrated #J-18808-Ljbffr
