Accounts Receivable Specialist

On-site - San Juan No Exp Required Bachelor Full-time Job Description Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections. Prepare and maintain financial statements related to accounts receivable. Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy. Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment terms. Assist in preparing reports on accounts receivable aging and collections. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial statements, accounts receivable processes, and reconciliations. Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage collections and communicate with clients effectively. Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
