Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s circumstances.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that draw upon proven therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others, based on the unique preferences of your clients.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly reviewing and updating them to reflect their progress and evolving needs.

• Provide both teletherapy and in-person sessions, accommodating clients who may face challenges in accessing traditional therapy settings due to geographical or personal constraints.

• Ensure high standards of documentation and record-keeping in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines, showcasing our commitment to professionalism.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license from the state, including but not limited to Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrable skills in communication and interpersonal relationships, with a strong ability to establish trust and a safe environment for clients.

• Exhibit empathy and respect for clients’ personal experiences, maintaining a non-judgmental space that facilitates open dialogue.

• Possess robust organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage your caseload and stay on top of administrative tasks.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
