Our team values open communication and teamwork, allowing clinicians to engage with their peers, share insights, and enhance their therapeutic approaches.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at preventing disabilities, relieving pain, and enhancing muscle function.Overseeing the Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure compliance with care plans.Conducting thorough evaluations of clients' functional abilities through diagnostic tests and establishing baseline measurements for therapeutic interventions.Assessing environmental factors to provide tailored recommendations that promote client independence.Administering a range of therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the application of physical agents.Participating actively in interdisciplinary case conferences to discuss and optimize the totality of care for each client.Documenting client progress through comprehensive clinical records, including initial evaluations, care plans, and discharge summaries.Providing instructions to clients and families on the use and maintenance of therapy equipment and self-management techniques as part of their recovery.Patient Population / Client FocusOur practice primarily serves adults and seniors experiencing a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
