People Operations Specialist HR Data & Onboarding

Nscale is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support HR operations, data integrity, and employee experience as we scale. You’ll own transactional processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Operations. You’ll manage onboarding through offboarding, support equity compensation data, payroll input, and benefits administration, ensuring timely, accurate processing and excellent employee service in a fast-growing #J-18808-Ljbffr
