Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Cardiac Telemetry/Med-Surg unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, monitor patients with cardiac and medical-surgical conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time Permanent Position
• Days or Nights Available (Rotating Weekends)
• 45-Bed Cardiac Telemetry / Med-Surg Unit
• Sign-On Bonus Available
• Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case))

Shift Differentials

• Nights: $4.25/hr
• Weekends: $3/hr

Sign-On Bonus

• Days: Up to $15,000
• Nights: Up to $25,000

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions throughout hospitalization
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and medications
• Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience (within the last 4 years)
• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
• ASN or BSN required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required within 90 days of hire
