Water Resources Engineer-PE

Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Project Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to work on diverse water resources and transportation projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee technical work on water resources projects.
- Develop designs, studies, calculations, and reports.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Participate in presentations and public meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 5–10 years of professional experience; 7+ years preferred.
- Experience with water resources engineering, including MS4, TMDL, bridge hydraulics, floodplain modeling, or transportation-related design .
- Maryland SHA and local county experience preferred.
- Strong technical, communication, and project management skills.
