Medicaid / Medicare Personal Care Assistant Full Time Part Time The Medicaid / Medicare Personal Care Assistant provides a variety of supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. A person centered and person directed approach is used to develop a unique support system for each client. Kinetic Potential provides a range of support services in order to support people to pursue and achieve their desired outcomes: Community Learning Services, Family and Personal Supports and Day Habilitation services. Responsibilities: Provide social interactions and help with appointments, walks, entertainment, reading, cards, memory games, visits, outings and trips Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygieneand ambulation Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping Help with medication reminders, healthy movements, healthy diet, and setting with doctor's appointments Observe and report changes in the client's mental, physical and emotional condition or home situation to nursing supervisor in a timely manner Communication with client, family members and co-workers Requirements: Passion for community improvement and social impact * Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide or CNA desired Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance Successfully pass background check *Certification training provided free of cost to those that qualify #J-18808-Ljbffr kpconnect
