Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and/or drivers, verify credentials and/or shipping documentation, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to site contacts. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building access points, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations as work environments and conditions vary by site. Support security‑related operations by maintaining accurate logs, providing directions and assistance, and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions to daily site activity. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
