Commonwealth Eye Care Associates (CECA) is a thriving referral-based ophthalmology group serving patients across Central Virginia with locations in Richmond and Colonial Heights . Our integrated team of 6 fellowship-trained ophthalmologists and 3 optometrists provides advanced medical and surgical eye care, including cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, glaucoma treatment, neuro-ophthalmology, and complex ocular disease management.
