Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop tailored therapy plans.

• Deliver various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy in individual, group, and family settings.

• Implement evidence-based interventions to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving therapeutic goals.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as required by state and federal regulations to ensure compliance and quality standards.

You will work with a diverse population of clients, addressing an array of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma recovery and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical or community setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
