We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant/Front desk receptionist for our Chandler office. Candidate must be high energy and able to multi-task, while providing ultimate patient care. Requirements Core Qualifications Give a good impression - cheerful and willing to anticipate patient's needs Excellent communication skills Exceptionally organized Detail-oriented Strong understanding of medical & chiropractic field Phlebotomy Duties and Tasks Responsible for organizing patient appointment schedule each day and keeping PA updated on status of each appointment. Responsible for rooming patients, taking vitals, and getting patient medical history. Performing lab draws and preparing samples and requisitions. Checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments Case manages patient charts and intakes. File patient records, make follow up calls to patients and follow up on any referrals. Assisting PA with superbills and charting.
