Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Los Angeles, CA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for Los Angeles to drive demand generation and patient access in Rheumatology. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies and achieving sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Van Nuys geography to engage stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans using customer and market insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
- Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Significant demonstrated Rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must reside within assigned Los Angeles market territory
Compensation: $140,000.00 - $192,500.00 USD base salary
