Overview Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator Full Time We are seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to join us and support the Human HR team at a leading healthcare facility located in the Yonkers/Westchester Area. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position is a key role on the HR team, with direct accountability for managing and delivering on the entire employee onboarding lifecycle. Responsibilities Maintain timely and daily communication among candidates, managers, key leaders and vendors regarding all steps within the onboarding process. Maintain and update management reporting to provide real-time updates to key leaders and executives. Identify any trouble areas and manage the overall administrative and compliance requirements for the organization. Qualifications 1-3 years\' HR experience, including excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, strong teamwork, and excellent attention to detail follow-up skills. Proficiency in HRIS tools like ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office – specifically Excel at the intermediate level. College degree is a plus; prior experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred. Starting rate of pay is $26-$28 per hour DOE. #J-18808-Ljbffr Consilium Partners360, LLC
